Important Information:For any SFS (Student Financial Services) issues that have already been Closed, students are required to refer directly to the KCA Office (Kulliyyah/Centre/Administration Office) for further assistance.

ITD Note:The ITD Service Desk does not have the authority to reopen or handle closed SFS cases.
