Create New Workgroup, Service and Person in Charge

 

Create Area of Responsibility / Workgroup

1. Click button Administration
2. Click button Area of Responsibility
3. Click button Add Area of Responsibility
4. Fill in the form
   • Fill in Area Responsibility code -> Workgroup name
   • Fill in the Area description -> the description of the workgroup
   • Choose the Area status -> Activate the workgroup by choosing ACTIVE
5. Click button Save and Close

 

Create Service Category

1. Click button Administration
2. Click button Service Category
3. Click button Add Service Category 
4. Fill in the form
   • Choose Business Unit
   • Choose Area of Responsibility
   • Fill in Service Category -> Service Name
   • Choose Assignment Method -> Thru Delegating Officer (DO) or Direct Person in Charge (PIC)
   • Choose the Service Category status -> Activate the service by choosing ACTIVE
5. Click button Save and Close

 

Create Decentralize Service

1. Click button Administration
2. Click button Decentralize Service
3. Click button Add Decentralize Service
4. Fill in the form
   • Choose Service Ownership
   • Choose Area of Responsibility
   • Choose Service Type -> Request/Incident
   • Choose Service Category by click Select service category
   • Fill in the service details of the service
   • Choose Status service -> Staff/Student/Both
   • Choose the Decentralize svc status -> Activate the service details by choosing ACTIVE
5. Click button Save and Close

 

Create Service Specification

1. Click button Service Specification
2. Click button Add Service Specification     
3. Fill in the form
   • Choose Decentralized Service -> Service detail
   • Fill in SLA -> if 1 day fill 8
   • Choose template -> Click select template
   • Choose Pririority -> High/Medium/Low
   • Choose the Service Specification status -> Activate the service specification by choosing ACTIVE
4. Click button Save and Close

 

Assign Person in Charge to the Service

1. Click button Person in Charge
2. Click button Add Person in Charge               
3. Fill in the form
   • Choose Decentralized Service -> Choose service detail
   • Choose Person in Charge -> Click Select person in charge
   • Choose the Person in charge status -> Activate the person in charge by choosing ACTIVE
4. Click button Save and Close
