MyMahallah Application for New Students



This manual serves as a guide for students to submit their application through MyMahallah's website https://mymahallah.iium.edu.my

1. Please click the Login Menu on the left side bar.

2. The CAS page will appear. Enter your matric number and registered password, then click the LOGIN button.

The application will check all the requirements below.

- Student Status. The application is only for active-status students.

4. If you are eligible to register, the MyMahallah main page will be displayed as shown below.

5. If you are a new student, the menu will be displayed as shown below:

6. If you are not a student or you are not a new student with a matriculation number starting with 261 for Undergraduate (UG) students or G261 for Postgraduate (PG) students, you will not be eligible to register. The following page will be displayed:

For new students, if you still have problem to login please refer to AMAD or Finance Division for assistance.

Attention all students: 

Please ensure that your AGREE your LETTER OF UNDERTAKING (LOU) before print your LOU Slip and MYMAHALLAH Slip

7. On the Letter of Undertaking (LOU) page, you are required to tick AGREE and then click SUBMIT. This step is COMPULSORY to proceed with the registration.

a. The current page will be automatically display as below.

b. If you click Download LOU, the following page will be displayed because you have not yet registered for a Mahallah.

8. After submitting your AGREE confirmation for the LOU, please select your Mahallah by clicking the NS Application menu, as shown below:

a. Then, click the CHOOSE ROOM button to select and apply for your preferred MAHALLAH and ROOM.

NOTE: If the selected room is full, a notification will be displayed as shown above.

9. After completing both steps, you can download the Letter of Undertaking (LOU) and MyMahallah Slip. Please bring both slips with you on the day of your physical Mahallah registration.

10. Please click the NS Application menu to print your Letter of Undertaking (LOU) and MyMahallah Slip, as shown below:

a. You will see the LETTER OF UNDERTAKING and MyMahallah Slip menu buttons, as shown below:
