The Information Technology Division is offering web hosting facilities to all staff of the International Islamic University Malaysia. If you would like to have your web page hosted on our server, please activate your account. This web hosting facility is only available to IIUM staff who has an email account registered with the domain name "iium.edu.my". Your Web site's URL will look like the following: http://youremailaccount.staffat.iium.edu.my.

This manual is a guide for staff to recover passwords through the Staff@IIUM, Staff Webhosting.

1. To retrieve your password, click Recover Password.

 

2. A new window displays to input the username and email address used to create your account.

3. Click Send new password to receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.

4. Open the email and click on the available link. The link will navigate you to the Change of Password screen.

* Kindly use the IIUM network before you change the password.

5. Enter Password and re-enter the same password to confirm. Click on the Change Password button.

 

6. A new window displays, and the password change is successful.
