5.19 Accompanying Officer

The university authority may appoint relevant accompanying officer according to the nature of programme such as:

Overseas trip (lead by officers from Grade 41 and above);

level of risks;

sensitivity of activities; and

the presence of VIPs or VVIPs.

The accompanying officer should be present throughout the programme.
